The few rooms available at the Depoort Conference Centre fill quickly so we suggest you book your place soonest. If you don't stay at dePoort, you will have to choose the - no accommodation meals only - option when you register for the event and you will then pay your meals to dePoort upon your arrival. |
DE POORT ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS PRICES:
(you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation but most people prefer the local shared accommodation at the conference site, please note that if you decide to book your accommodation elsewhere but want to have lunch/dinner at the conference centre, you need to book/pay your meals to them when you arrive there)
Thursday to Sunday full board (accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner):
- Double room with ensuite private bathroom: 188,96 Euros per person (SOLD OUT)
- Triple room with ensuite private bathroom: 168,05 Euros per person (SOLD OUT)
- Double room shared bathroom in corridor: 170,73 Euros per person (SOLD OUT)
- Camping on the grounds (excludes price of tent): 132,51 Euros per person
- No Accommodation only lunch and dinner 3 day package: 92,88 Euros per person
- No Accommodation only lunch and dinner - per day: 30,97 Euros per person
Alternative accommodation at Hotel Molenhoek (5 minute drive from dePoort):
Single room: 82 euros - per night, breakfast included
Double room: 94,50 eruos - per night, breakfast included.
PLEASE NOTE you will need to add to this amount the cost of the lunch and dinner package eating at dePoort.
